Accessibility Statement
At Wismar Med, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all patients, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to ensure that our website and telehealth services are accessible to the broadest possible audience and are continually working to improve usability and accessibility.
We aim to make our digital services consistent with recognized accessibility best practices and applicable federal laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), where applicable.
Our ongoing accessibility efforts may include:
- Designing our website to improve readability and navigation.
- Supporting the use of screen readers and other assistive technologies whenever reasonably possible.
- Providing meaningful alternative text for important images and graphics.
- Maintaining clear page structure and consistent navigation.
- Improving keyboard accessibility where feasible.
- Periodically reviewing and updating website accessibility features.
While we make every reasonable effort to provide an accessible experience, some portions of our website or third-party services may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards. We are committed to addressing accessibility barriers as they are identified.
Telehealth Accessibility
Wismar Med is committed to making telehealth services accessible to patients with disabilities.
When appropriate and legally permitted, reasonable accommodations may include:

- Allowing a support person or caregiver to participate in a virtual visit with the patient’s consent.
- Assistance navigating the telehealth platform.
- Alternative methods of communication when appropriate and available.
- Providing effective communication aids or services when required by applicable law.
Certain accommodations may depend on clinical appropriateness, technology limitations, patient safety, and legal requirements.

Language Assistance
If reasonably available and required by applicable law, Wismar Med will make reasonable efforts to assist patients who have limited English proficiency. Language assistance services may be available upon request. Patients are encouraged to notify us in advance if language assistance is needed so appropriate arrangements can be considered.
